There's a place for you!

Become a leader

Volunteer leaders are absolutely vital to the mission of Young Life. It is their involvement that allows lives to be changed.

Young Life volunteer leaders participate in a full range of activities that help them build these significant relationships with kids.

Join committee

If you’re a parent—or simply an adult who cares about kids in your community—Young Life welcomes your involvement!

Each local area has a committee of adults who believe in the mission of Young Life. You'll find adults from various backgrounds, careers, and churches—including many parents—who care about kids, pray for their staff/leaders and offer leadership in other ways.

Other ways adults can get involved: Attend a Young Life fund-raising event near you. Go to Young Life camp as an Adult Guest. Host Young Life in your home. Tell others in the community about Young Life and its commitment to kids.

Join YL Staff

We are seeking faithful, driven, servant-leaders to join our team of staff as we together seek to live out the mission of Young Life which is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith.

Serve at camp

Young Life camps depend on an army of volunteers to ensure that campers have the best week of their lives.

High school students involved with Young Life can apply for Work Crew. College-age students can apply to be Summer Staff or Summer Interns. And our infirmaries depend on the generosity of medical professionals who spend a week serving as camp physicians.

YoungLives camps for teen moms and their children and Capernaum camps for kids with disabilities both offer unique volunteer opportunities as well.
